So far.....
I've joined to two Desperate housewives forums, and asked what they thought about the representation of women, how realistic are the women(and program overall)

One of my replies mentioned that they also watched Mistresses which was great, because they gave me comparison with characters.

I got alot of feedback... also mentioning who their favourite character are, and why.

I also have done a structured interview with Bryn Roberts about Desperate Housewives and Mistresses...

Primary Research

I have decided for my primary research that i will have a focus group of a range age and sex to who watch desperate Housewives and Mistresses as they have quite a large appeal for audiences. Using my focus group i will do Structured Interviews, in depth interviews.
My Focus group are:
Rosie Carey, 18.
Bryn Roberts 18.
Tracey Roberts 45.
Susie Gonzales 22.

I will also try and use a forum on the internet where desperate housewives and mistresses fans can give me there view on the representation of women in both programs.
